FLUX.2 sharpens open image generation

Black Forest Labs' FLUX.2 improves prompt adherence and in-image text while still running on 16 GB cards.
FLUX has been the open image model to beat, and FLUX.2 tightens prompt following and text rendering — the two things that decide whether a tool is usable for real work.
It runs locally through ComfyUI on a midrange card; the rest of the open stack is on the image generation page.
